Refund Policy

Hosting, Shopping Cart, Support/Maintenance Quarterly Fees
We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee for our hosting, shopping cart and support/maintenance packages. If within 30 days after signup for our services you decide that our services do not live up to your expectations, we will refund you the fees you have paid, excluding any account setup fees (if applicable).

Site Packages, Add-Ons, Custom Services
The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to site packages, add-ons, setup fees or custom services including design. For these services and products, we require a minimum of 50% of the estimated cost in advance and the balance upon acceptance of product but prior to launch. For all projects less than $500, we require 100% payment.

You will never have to accept something you don't like. We work with you from the beginning with the goal of exceeding your expectations and getting your project online quickly. In the rare instance that either party decides the relationship is not working out prior to initial design approval, we send you back 90% of your advance payment. We keep 10% as gateway and bank expenses.

In case we have to refund your initial payment, we ask that intellectual property rights be respected: Our product ownership stays with us unless it is paid for in full. We do not offer refunds for design work once you have approved it. The 50% balance payment is due not later than 90 days after the initial payment regardless of work completion.
